In response to the Government announcement of a four week national lockdown, Nordic Lifts remain committed to staff and customers safety, protecting our NHS and saving lives.
In line with the government guidelines and the official guidance issued by the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA), Nordic Lifts will continue to operate during this new lockdown to provide essential lift maintenance and repair services.
We understand how important it is to work safety and support our clients health and wellbeing during these difficult times. We would like to take this opportunity to share with you our safe working framework on working safely during COVID-19, to show how we are continuing to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- We are continually updating out COVID-19 risk assessments. Please get in touch to request a copy.
- We have increased how often we clean surfaces, both in our office and our engineers vans. All our engineers have been provided with alcohol hand sanitiser.
- Face coverings have been provided to our engineers, and we ask that our customers also wear face coverings when required to do so by law.
- We continue to implement social distancing.
- We have re-introduced home working for some colleagues where appropriate.
- All staff are a member of the NHS Test and Trace scheme.
- If a staff member or someone in their household has a persistent cough, high temperature or they have lost their sense of taste or smell, they will be asked to isolate for 14 days.
If you have any Covid-19 related concerns or you wish to inform us of a potential health and safety risk, we ask that you contact us via email at info@www.nordiclifts.co.uk. Please state your company name, a contact telephone number, email address and a brief summery of your query and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.
